A Moments Peace Theatre Company presents Testing

This interactive piece of forum theatre has been created to compliment the Action Against Abuse Curriculum Pack and will look at challenging behavioural issues for young people, giving them an opportunity to discuss their concerns and explore solutions to these personally difficult situations.

Personal Safety & Self Defence Workshop

A taster session of Personal Safety Techniques that are accessible to women of all fitness levels, abilities and ages. Women will have the opportunity to watch or try out some of the basic and simple first forms of defence that can be used to help identify, avoid and escape potentially dangerous situations. Women attending these workshops find them to be really positive in focussing on what women can do as opposed to what they can't. If you enjoy the workshop, there will be an opportunity to sign up for a free 10 week Personal Safety & Self Defence course starting on January in the West area. Why not come along and try it out for yourself!
